The production of high-quality products needs high-quality and high-precision materials, so the integrated materials of real wood doors and windows we choose are top-grade timbers from the virgin forests of Europe and North America. Through a forced steam-drying process performed in drying kilns and applied preservative treatment, the water ratio of these timbers is reduced to under 12％; so, they aren’t prone to shrinking in dry climates nor swelling in wet conditions. The excellent strength and stability of our wood materials helps to prevent against deformities and cracks.

Comfortone’s Integrated materials are superior to ordinary solid wood because they are produced with the highest-quality defect free solid wood. The finger joint technology employed in our integrated materials is produced by the use of European Kaske laminating glue. Through this process, a stable mechanical performance and a more elegant surface are obtained.

Comfortone uses German water paint, which is environmentally friendly, etch-proof, waterproof, shock resistant and UV-resistant. Laboratory testing shows that the water paint can infiltrate into wood cells for 7mm and form a 3 mm safety film on the surface which leads to double shielding of the timbers’ surface and the paint layer. The reflectance ratio of ultraviolet rays reached 99.3% and the water absorbability in one week is only 2.5%. These properties help to guarantee the constancy of the water ratio of timbers and produces doors and windows with stable construction and environmental protection.
